Make sure you are signed into Google Chrome and have Sync turned on. You can turn on sync by:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click Profile
. Click Turn on sync....
If you're not signed into your Google Account, you'll be prompted to sign in.
Click Yes, I'm in.
