Navigate to the Papercut portal by going to your bookmarks in Google Chrome, and choosing "Trinity Bookmarks" and clicking on "Papercut":
On the left side click "Recent Print Jobs"
Find the print that you would like to request a refund for and press "Request Refund"
You will then be prompted to fill out a refund request form and hit send:
