Unable to Receive Messages in my trinityes.org Gmail Account

Are you unable to receive Trinity emails on any device (phone, other computer, etc)? If so, please check the Trash folder in your gmail account to see if all incoming messages are being placed automatically in there. If so, contact [email protected] to let us know.

If you are able to receive Trinity emails on other devices but not on your Trinity laptop and you are using the Mail app, try removing your account and re-adding it. To remove your account, open Mail, click on Mail on the top left of the screen, click Preferences, and then select the Accounts tab. Select your account and then click the minus button to delete it. You may be taken to the Internet Accounts section of System Preferences to delete it. Once it is deleted, close the Mail app and reopen it. You should then be able to re-add your account. If you are still having issues, stop by the Tech Office or contact [email protected] for further assistance. In the meantime, you should be able to go to gmail.com and view your mail there.
