If you are unable to connect to a RingCentral meeting, please try the following:
- Make sure your computer is connected to the right wi-fi network.
- Try restarting your computer. If a program is preventing you from restarting, hold the power button for at least 5 seconds until the computer is fully turned off, then turn it on again.
- If RingCentral crashes when the program is opened, try reinstalling it in Self Service, then restarting your computer again.
- Try joining a meeting using a different device, such as using the RingCentral app on your phone.
If none of those work, then run an internet speed test at https://www.speedtest.net/ and email support@trinityes.org with a description of your issue and a screenshot of the speed test results.
