You can see how fast your internet speed is by going to https://www.speedtest.net/ and running their speed test.
In general, a speed of 5 Mbps or greater for both download and upload, along with a ping of less than 300 ms, is sufficient for most tasks at Trinity, such as RingCentral meetings.
