If your sound or audio on your MacBook is not working, first try pressing the volume up and down buttons (F11 and F12) on the keyboard. Does a crossed circle icon appears on the bottom of the volume icon, like is shown below?
If so, then perform an SMC Reset. This will often fix the problem, although keep in mind that the problem may or may not occur again in the future, in which case you should try an SMC Reset again. If the SMC Reset does not solve the problem, stop by the Tech Office or contact support@trinityes.org for more assistance, as your computer may need to be sent for repair.
If the volume icon appears normally when adjusting your volume, stop by the Tech Office or contact support@trinityes.org for more assistance.
