Here's how you can access the employee directory to contact a member of Trinity's faculty and staff using the RingCentral Phone app.

1. Open the RingCentral Phone app.
2. Click on the Contacts icon (the one that looks like a person) to go to the Contacts tab.
3. By default, all of your contacts, including all Trinity employees, will be shown here. If you want to only see Trinity employees in the contacts list, click on the filter icon and select Company.
4. Choose the person who you want to contact.
5. Click the call or text button next to the number or extension you would like to contact the person with.
