Here's how to set up your Voicemail on RingCentral Phone using the website.

1. Log into the RingCentral Phone website.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Click on Messages.
4. Make sure that Take Messages is enabled.
5. To change your voicemail greeting, which is a robotic voice by default, click the Edit button. 
6. Under Set Greeting, choose Custom. 
7. You can enter your cell phone number to be called by RingCentral and prompted to record your greeting, or you can use your computer's microphone. If using your computer's microphone, be sure to allow the Chrome pop-up where service.ringcentral.com asks to use your microphone. You can also import an audio file if you have one already.
8. When you are done, click Done.
9. You can click on the play button below Voicemail Greeting to hear what your greeting sounds like.
10. If you want to have a different voicemail greeting for after hours, click the After Hours tab, and configure your voicemail greeting again there using the same process.
