Changing RingCentral Notifications on the RingCentral Phone Website

Here's how to change which notifications you receive from RingCentral Phone.

  1. Log into the RingCentral Phone website.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. On the left, click Notifications, then click Messaging Notifications.
  4. Here, you can choose whether you will receive notifications about voicemail messages, received faxes, missed calls, fax transmission results, and received text messages by email, SMS, both, or neither.
  5. Below, you can enter the email address that email notifications should be sent to, as well as the phone number that SMS notifications should be sent to.
  6. For more advanced settings, click on the Basic Settings box on the top right, and change it to Advanced Settings. You can then click Customize Notifications next to each type of notification, and choose whether or not to attach the voicemail, fax, or text message via email.
