Here's how to log into the RingCentral App on your computer.

1. Open the RingCentral App on your computer.
2. Click Sign In.
3. On the bottom, click Sign In With Google.
4. Enter your Trinity Google email address and password. If you have 2-factor authentication enabled, you may be asked to verify your login attempt on your smartphone.
5. It will then ask you for permission to open the RingCentral App. Click Allow
6. RingCentral should launch with you logged in!

Once logged in, you may see a message on the bottom of the app saying that E911 Service may be limited or unavailable. This is expected, as your computer is not always located in the same location since you may take it home after school. It may also ask you set a e911 address which should be the school's address. You should not use the RingCentral Phone app to dial 911.
