Here's how to make a call using the RingCentral Phone app.

1. Open the RingCentral Phone app.
2. Click on the phone icon on the top right, which will take you to the Dial Pad.
3. Here, you can enter the number you want to call, then click the call button. You do not need to start the call with 1, or with 804 if the number is local and you have set your area code.
4. By default, any calls you make with your RingCentral phone number will appear to come from the main Trinity phone number in Caller ID. You can change this by clicking on the arrow to the right of Caller ID, then choosing the number you want the call to appear as coming from.
