Here's how to change which phones ring, and for how long, when receiving a call.
- Log into the RingCentral Phone website.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Click on Call Handling & Forwarding.
- From here, you can choose which of your connected devices ring (desktop/mobile apps, physical phone, etc) by toggling the Active switch next to them, and how long each device rings.
- If you want additional devices to ring (personal cell phone, etc), you can enter their numbers below and make them active.
- Near the top of the tab, under Incoming Calls Forward in this Order, you can choose whether the active phones ring sequentially (one at a time, in the order listed below), or simultaneously (all at the same time).
- To change the order of your phones, click on the 8 dots icon on the left side of each phone, then click and drag it to the order you want.
- To change settings for after hours, click the After Hours tab. By default, all calls after hours will be automatically sent to voicemail, but you can change this if you want.
